Zavalla Springs Ranch Our (Jason and Bridget) new ranch in Zavalla, TX. This small 30 acre ranch has several springs and o The bar area is also a nice touch.

This ranch is about 30 acres with around 20 acres of fields and the rest in forest and ponds. While most of the wooded areas are covered in oak (odd for this area) there are a few pines as well. The house is about 2000 sqft (4/3/2) and has a nice layout and a fireplace. The grounds around the house are being recovered after years of neglect, but we have found many nice bushes, flowering plants, an

d fruit/nut trees. The area around the house also has a nice in-ground pool and hot tub, with a covered back porch to watch the wildlife. The two large ponds are fully stocked with bass, catfish, crappie, and perch. Other buildings include a barn (40x30), a well house, a shed, and a chicken coop. The property is ready for animals as well and is fenced and cross fenced for cattle and horses.
