🚂The expansion project at our Eastpointe Rail Transloading Station is progressing well, thanks to the hard work of EMH&T. Having the station located within the business park is a tremendous asset, and we are proud to have the support of the Ohio Rail Development Commission for this initiative.

🎉The Dollar General warehouse at the Eastpointe Business Park is celebrating its 25th anniversary. As the first tenant in the park, they established a standard for success.
