What’s something that made you smile this week? Maybe it was a good cup of coffee, your pet doing something ridiculous, a supportive friend, sunshine, music, or finally finding where you left your keys. Joy doesn’t have to be huge to matter.

Let’s normalize conversations about therapy. Seeing a counselor or therapist is no different than seeing a doctor for your physical health. Sometimes we need support, perspective, coping skills, or simply a safe place to talk. Mental health care is health care.

Movement can help mental health, but wellness isn’t about perfection. You don’t need a marathon, six-pack abs, or expensive gym membership. A short walk, stretching, dancing in the kitchen, or tossing a ball around with the kids all count.
Take care of your body because it’s connected to your mind.

Pride Month is about visibility, celebration, and community - but it’s also an important reminder that LGBTQ+ individuals continue to face higher rates of anxiety, depression, and su***de due to stigma and discrimination.
Everyone deserves spaces where they feel safe, supported, and accepted exactly as they are. Kindness and inclusion matter.

🚨New Blog alert!🚨

We spend a lot of time packing for summer -sunscreen, snacks, phone chargers, and backup snacks for the snacks. But how often do we prepare for our mental wellness?
This month's blog, "Sunscreen, Snacks, and Emotional Baggage", takes a humorous and honest look at the things we all carry, the pressure to have the "perfect summer," and why sometimes just being human is enough.

🍩 Happy National Donut Day! 🍩
Today, we're celebrating one of life's simple joys: donuts with great people.
While a donut can't solve all of life's challenges, taking time to connect, share a laugh, and enjoy a treat with coworkers, friends, or family can brighten your day and strengthen relationships. Those small moments of connection matter more than we often realize.
As we head into the weekend, we hope you find a reason to smile, connect with someone you care about, and maybe enjoy a donut or two.
From all of us at your MHRS Board, have a sweet and wonderful National Donut Day! 💚
