Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. Their courage, service, and dedication will never be forgotten.

This Memorial Day, we ask everyone to take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of the day and remember those who gave everything in service to our country.

Members of the Newton Township Fire Department working today also completed the Murph workout in honor of Lieutenant Michael Murphy and all those who have given their lives in service to others. The Murph consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run while wearing body armor or a weighted vest if possible.

Never Forgotten. Always Grateful.
