Daybreak Adult Day Health Care A welcoming and structured day program with nursing services. Daybreak offers interactive and social activities to encourage cognitive stimulation.

Daybreak is a structured day program of activities to support cognitive and physical independence, and provide health-related services in a safe, supportive and cheerful environment. Nutritious meals are provided that includes breakfast, lunch and two snacks.

We would like to give a BIG shout out to YPD for joining us at DayBreak for Coffee with a Cop Wednesday! 👮‍♂️☕🍩

A special thank you to Officer Johnson for helping us organize this wonderful event and make it a success! Our participants enjoyed delicious coffee and doughnuts while sharing conversations, laughter, and smiles with our amazing officers. 🚨👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

YEEHAW! Western Day at DayBreak!

Today we had a rootin’ tootin’ good time celebrating Western Day! We enjoyed some country music, dancing, singing, and lots of smiles. 🤠👢🌻

Our participants and staff had a blast making memories together and bringing that country spirit to DayBreak! 🫶

🎤Karaoke Day at DayBreak! 🎤

This Wednesday, we had some very special guests join us for our Karaoke Day! We would like to take a moment to thank Banner ALTCS Case Managers for bringing your beautiful voices and positive energy to DayBreak. Our participants had an absolute blast singing, dancing, and enjoying the fun with you!💃🕺

Thank you for joining us and for all the special treats and goodies you brought for everyone. Your kindness made the day even more special!

Today at Daybreak, we wore purple in honor of World Alzheimer’s Day and to show our support for those living with Alzheimer’s and their families.💜

We also celebrated Miniature Golf Day!⛳️ Our participants had a wonderful time playing mini golf, sharing laughs, and enjoying some friendly competition.

A day filled with awareness, fun, and great memories! 🫶☂️
