Swimming Pool Update

We've had another busy week at the swimming pool construction site!

Several subcontractors have been hard at work installing the underground utilities needed before we can pour the bathhouse slab. Plumbers are wrapping up drain piping for the locker rooms, while the pool crew continues installing the extensive piping that will connect the three pools to the equipment and control room.

While we're waiting on soil proctors for the deep end backfill, exciting progress is happening in the main recreation pool. The pool is really starting to take shape as crews install the main drains on the north end!

It's exciting to see this project come together piece by piece, and we're grateful for the community's enthusiasm and support along the way. Thank you for following our progress, and stay tuned for weekly updates as we continue moving forward!

Yuma Swimming Pool Update!

We've had another busy week at the park! The dive well is taking shape as the walls have been poured, and crews are now removing the forms.

At the new bathhouse, crews worked on underground electrical and plumbing in preparation for the concrete slab.

Work is also underway to prepare for the sidewalk along the edge of the property.

The project continues to move ahead of schedule, and we’re thrilled with the progress so far! (And if you drive by to see the progress, check out the beautiful new fence on the east side of the park!)
