Is a Private Mailbox right for you? Do you own a small business or home business? Then a PMB is right for you. A PMB helps create and maintain a professional appearance for your business, and you won’t have people showing up at your door during dinner. PMBs are a business expense you can write off and help separate home and work by giving you a place other than your personal residence to receive documents, bills, and packages that keep your business operating. Need a pallet of products? We can also receive freight shipments for an additional fee.

Please note, due to addressing requirements, we are unable to receive store deliveries or DoorDash drop-offs. These services do not label items using full names or PMB , and we cannot accept them without that information preprinted on the packages.
We know this can cause frustration, but we want to make sure our customers get their packages, and this rule keeps items from getting lost.

If you have a mailbox with us or you’re looking into getting one, you might wonder what the big deal is with calling it a PMB. As much as we love our boxholders, these mailboxes are too small to live in. So, Federal Mail regulations set by the United States Postal Service require them to be called a Private Mailbox (PMB) to avoid confusion with a residential address. All mail must therefore be addressed using PMB, NOT APT, Unit, Space, Site, et cetera.
We understand it can be confusing and we appreciate our customers learning and using the mail lingo.
