Let’s celebrate our Mesquite Stinger students who received Positive Office Referrals this week!

These Stingers have been working hard and showing what it means to be respectful, responsible, and safe around campus. We’re proud of the positive example they set for our school community. Keep shining, Stingers! 💛🖤

💚🧡 IF MY TEACHER WASN’T A TEACHER… 🧡💚

Today, we asked our Stinger students a very important question:

“If your teacher wasn’t a teacher, what job do you think they would have?” 😂

And let’s just say… our Stingers had THOUGHTS! 🤣 Some of their answers were creative, some were surprisingly accurate, and others had us wondering what exactly happens in their classrooms every day! 👀😂

We love seeing our teachers through the eyes of their students. 💚🧡

🎉 Way to show up, Crane! 🎉

September attendance results are in, and Crane Schools averaged 92% attendance districtwide for the month!

Gowan Science Academy is holding onto the top spot with an impressive 96% attendance rate! 🏆👏

But the race is getting close! 👀 H.L. Suverkrup and Valley Horizon are both at 94%, making great gains and chasing that first-place spot!

Thank you to our students, families, teachers, and staff for continuing to make every school day count. 💙📚

🍂 Now we’ll see what October brings! Will Gowan hold onto the lead, or will one of our schools take over the top spot? Stay tuned!

🤫🚨 CONFESSION TIME…

While our students AND admin thought it was just another normal week at Mesquite… the teachers and staff were participating in a SECRET UNDERGROUND SPIRIT WEEK! 😂

No announcements. No flyers. And definitely NO admin approval because… well… they didn’t know. 🤣🤫

Just staff showing up each day committed to the theme while admin was probably wondering, “Why are they all dressed like that?!” 😂
