Another wonderful White Coat Shadowing event with our partners at Onvida Health this week! The participants get to experience everything from pre-flight check, Q&A with our pilot, Ned H, and a tour of the Critical Care equipment by our Base Manager Chris C. Some of our team members took part in the 9/11 Heroes Run 5K in Yuma, AZ, over the weekend. It was a great way to honor the victims of September 11, as well as our veterans, active-duty military, and first responders.

Nikki and Molly started the same week, attended Critical Care Academy in Denton together, and quickly became friends. Fast forward to today, and Nikki, now based with AeroCare in Vegas, flew into Yuma, where Molly is based, to help with a call while our FW crew was out on another flight.

Our Aerocare family runs deep! ❤️✈️

Our crew is so much more than just the flight line! At Yuma’s Quarter 3 Skills Day, our exercise dice landed on 60 seconds of sit-ups. After accidentally knocking them over, Jim, our director, immediately jumped in and did the full set with us.

It’s a pretty great reminder of how lucky we are to have leadership that is down-to-earth, real, and willing to get their backs dirty right alongside the crew. That’s something special. ❤️
