Congratulations to all of the Health and Human Services staff who participated and completed the program! We're proud of your hard work and commitment. 🎉

Twenty Sutter County employees were recognized Tuesday after completing the CSAC Institute for Excellence in County Government program.

The professional development program provides training for county leaders and elected officials on the challenges and responsibilities of local government. Upon completion, participants earn a CSAC Executive Credential. This year's program, which ran from September 2025 through May 2026, marks the first Sutter-Yuba cohort to complete the institute.

Investing in leadership development helps counties better serve their communities, and completing the program reflects the commitment these employees have made to strengthening their knowledge, skills, and public service.

Congratulations to our Sutter County team members who successfully completed the program.👏
