Our First Grade scholars at South Pointe Scholars recently celebrated the culmination of their Life Cycle Unit with a special butterfly release! Over the past several weeks, students observed and documented each stage of the butterfly life cycle—from caterpillar to chrysalis to beautiful butterfly. This hands-on learning experience brought science to life and helped our scholars develop observation, patience, and critical thinking skills. The excitement was unforgettable as students released their butterflies into the world, watching them take flight and reflecting on all they had learned throughout the journey. We are so proud of our young scientists and grateful for opportunities that inspire curiosity, discovery, and a love of learning!
