Share with us your thoughts about future Parks, Recreation, and Arts opportunities in Ypsilanti!
Attend a public input session and/or complete this online survey to provide your valued input.

You are invited to two Parks, Recreation and Arts public input meetings on Thursday, August 14th, and Tuesday, August 19th! Both will be held at City Hall from 7pm to 9pm.

Work to develop to city's Parks and Recreation 2026-2030 masterplan is continuing, and you have the ability to help shape the future of our parks.

Residents have been able to take a survey, letting us know what improvements, programs, and events you want to see at the city's parks and public spaces. The results collected so far will help guide further discussion at the public input meetings.

We want to make sure the city's parks and recreation spaces reflect and serve our community, and this is an important step in helping to bring future projects to life. Input gathered during the city’s previous Parks and Recreation Master Plans helped us win grants that helped fund the Riverside Park playground, Water Street Trail, the pedestrian crossing of I-94 at Huron, and renovations for the Rutherford Pool. A link to the survey is in the comments 😁
