Superior Township has filed to intervene in the Sycamore Meadows receivership case, and HUD is expected to conduct a full-property audit next week.

We will continue pushing for resident protections, safe housing conditions, and clear accountability from the responsible parties.

A few spring updates from the Township 🌿

There has been a great deal moving forward in Superior Township over the past two months — from safer roads and pathways, to zoning work that will shape our future, to public safety, housing conditions, emergency response, and new community partnerships.

Over the next several posts, I’ll be sharing highlights from my April and May Supervisor’s Reports and some of the substantive work underway across the Township.

There is still much ahead, but I am encouraged by the momentum: addressing immediate needs while also planning more thoughtfully for Superior’s future.

Thank you, as always, to the residents who attend meetings, reach out with concerns, ask good questions, and help make this community stronger.
