NOW HIRING: PROGRAM SUPERVISOR /FIELD SUPERVISOR

At least 1 year experience working the developmentally disabled population.
*Ability to; learn various task, work independently, work flexible schedule. Office hours Mon-Fri. 8a-4p, meeting varies.
*Strong oral/written communication and people skills.
* Basic computer skills
*Supervise and evaluate all Direct Care Staff, scheduling staff, process direct support staff timesheets.
* Staffing clients homes.
*Monitor medication count and medication administrations record to insure that staff is administering medication correctly (if applicable) medical notes and MARS.
*Review home binder to insure all mandated paper work is current and accounted for.
***Additional task / projects related to clients care upon interview.****
