His ranch-style home is one of 25 new construction homes built by the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation in partnership with the Land Bank. We're joyously celebrating with the Central YMCA of Youngstown Ohio downtown branch as it announces renovations that will result in two new community resources:

1. Critical transitional housing for area youth aging out of foster care.
2. A new youth development center.

Our thanks to the Mahoning County Land Bank who helped to land a $1 million grant for this transformational work!

Our team was proud to support the second annual Pollinator Palooza at Mahoning Soil and Water Conservation District. Huge thanks to our friends at SWCD for organizing, hosting and bringing the community together for a great event. Land Bankers Gary Davenport and Serene Awad enjoyed connecting with attendees and sharing the many benefits of native plants.
