A big thank you to everyone who came out to visit us at the Canfield Fair at the 21 WFMJ tent!

Thanks to your generous donations, we are able to provide more than 23,000 meals to neighbors facing hunger throughout Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

It was so nice getting to talk with so many of you, hear your stories, and share more about the work we do at Second Harvest Food Bank. We are so grateful for your support of our mission and our community!

At Second Harvest Food Bank, we’re proud to work alongside our partner agencies, volunteers, donors and supporters to make sure good food reaches the people who need it most.

Back-to-school season is here!

As families get back into the school-year routine, we want to remind our neighbors that help is available if you or your family needs food.

Second Harvest Food Bank works with a network of 160 partner agencies and programs throughout the Mahoning Valley to help provide food to families, children and seniors. We also have school pantries in schools throughout our three-county service area, helping make sure students have access to nutritious food both at school and at home.

If your family could use a little extra help, you are not alone, and there is no shame in asking for help. Reach out to Second Harvest or visit one of our partner agencies to find food resources near you.

Because every child deserves to start the school year ready to learn—not worried about where their next meal will come from.
