Yesterday was a busy and productive day for the MDT at the CAC!

A big thank you to the Aurora DCFS office for coming out and providing training to our MDT on the new SAFE model. We also had a very productive case review of all our current cases.

Thank you to our entire MDT team for taking the time to come out and participate. Your dedication and commitment to the children and families we serve are truly appreciated!

Lastly, a special thank you to our new Assistant Executive Director, Brian Yodelis, for organizing the training and case review. We appreciate all your hard work in helping make the day such a success!

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mutual Ground for inviting our CAC Executive Director and Kendall County First Assistant State’s Attorney Brenda Karales to present at their recent training on Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence.

Brenda shared information about the role of the Children’s Advocacy Center and the importance of collaboration when supporting victims and their families. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with organizations like Mutual Ground that are committed to education, awareness, and advocacy in our community.
