Early registration is open for the 4th Annual Fire & Ice Holiday 5K!

Join us Saturday, December 12, for a holiday run and walk that brings our community together while supporting the Yorktown Volunteer Firefighter's Association.
Proceeds from the event help provide resources for the volunteers who serve our community through the Yorktown Fire Department and support the Association's continued efforts to give back throughout Yorktown and Mt. Pleasant Township.

Early registration is just $20 through October 9, so now is a great time to get signed up, start training, and invite some friends to join you.

Yorktown is full of activity tonight with a home YHS football game, the Yorktown Farm & Artisan Market in Morrow's Meadow, and the Summer Concert Series with food trucks at the Civic Green.

Come out and join your community!

The market returns to Morrow's Meadow in the Walnut Grove at their regular time from 4:30p-7:30p.

The Senior Helpers of East Central Indiana Free Summer Concerts Series at Civic Green will feature The Fierce, a Central Indiana local band. The Fierce brings a groovy blend of indie rock and folk they call “folkternative.” Their sound mixes rich harmonies, rock influences, mandolin, banjo and a lineup of talented musicians into an energetic, original sound that’s made for a Friday night outdoors.

This Friday will also be an opportunity to recognize and thank the first responders who serve our community. We invite you to come out, join us in showing your gratitude and support, and help us recognize the men and women who answer the call when our community needs them most.

Come hungry, too. Payne’s Fish & Chips and Coco and Cream will be joining us for the evening.

The market returns to the Meadow this Friday, September 11!

🥕We’re heading back to Morrow’s Meadow!🥕

Join us this Friday, September 11, at the Yorktown Farm & Artisan Market as we return to our home in the Walnut Grove in Morrow’s Meadow. And we’re back to our regular market hours of 4:30–7:30 PM!

Come enjoy a beautiful evening in the meadow, shop your favorite local farmers, food makers and artisans, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy some live music from local musician Katie Jo Robinson!

Morrow’s Meadow is partially open. Some areas are restricted as cleanup from the August flooding continues.

The Walnut Grove drive and playgrounds are accessible.

Vehicle access beyond the speed bump is closed. Please do not drive around or move the cones.

There is flood debris still present, please avoid.

Morrow's Meadow is slowly reopening. Cars are being allowed limited access, playgrounds and walking paths are open. There is still debris at the back of the park so please exercise caution.
