Mental Health Awareness Month provides a change to stand with your community and show that no one struggles alone.

Our Legacy, Our Commitment

For 25 years, Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) has helped bring communities together to raise awareness and strengthen prevention. As we close out this anniversary, we renew our commitment to continue this work.

The work to prevent sexual violence continues beyond April. As we celebrate 25 years of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), we recommit to supporting survivors and strengthening prevention in our communities.

25 years strong. Every voice matters. Every action counts.

04/27/2026

In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), we invite you to join love is respect in making a social statement with your fashion by wearing jeans on April 29th as a visible means of protest against the misconceptions that surround sexual assault.
