Community Connections for Children is celebrating the statewide recognition of Preschool Teachers as a High Priority Occupation (HPO), a significant step toward strengthening and investing in the professionals who play a critical role in children's development and our communities' success. This designation creates new opportunities for workforce training, tuition assistance, apprenticeship programs, and career advancement pathways.

A special congratulations to CCC's ECHO Workforce Development team, whose leadership and advocacy continue to expand career pathways and support the next generation of early childhood educators through innovative programs like the ECHO Teacher Aide & Registered Apprenticeship Program.
