Lou Rivera serves as the Director of Facilities & Administration for the Appell Center for the Performing Arts. Lou also serves as the Chairman of Latinos Unidos of York, a community organization with a mission to engage and empower the Latino community in York and York County. Rivera has been an activist for those in the Latino and LGBTQIA communities. At the Appell Center for the Performing Arts

, Lou oversees the Operations, Events and Food & Beverage departments. Prior to joining the team at the Appell Center, Lou worked for three seasons at PeoplesBank Park, home of the York Revolution, serving as Director of Premium Services & Catering for Legends Hospitality. Lou graduated from Rutgers University in 1995.
