The Northern York County Regional Police Department (NYCRPD) and the York County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO), in partnership with the York County Safety Collab, have endorsed the Honor Their Service donation portal as the official platform to support the families of the three fallen officers, the injured NYCRPD officer, and the injured York County Sheriff’s Deputy.

This portal has been vetted and endorsed by both the NYCRPD and the YCSO to provide the community with a secure and transparent way to give. We strongly encourage anyone wishing to donate to use this official channel to ensure their generosity reaches the families who need it most. 100% of the proceeds donated will benefit the families and officers affected by this tragedy.

Our Hearts Are With One of York County’s Finest 💙
It is with heavy hearts that we share news of one of our own York County Sheriff’s deputies being injured in the line of duty. We are deeply saddened by this incident and are holding them — and their loved ones — close in our thoughts during this difficult time.
This brave deputy represents the very best of York County — showing courage, dedication, and selfless service every single day. We are profoundly grateful for their sacrifice and commitment to protecting our community. We wish them a full and swift recovery, and we stand with them every step of the way.
At the same time, our sorrow extends beyond our borders. We mourn with all the families, departments, and communities across the state and nation who have lost officers or seen them harmed in the line of duty. The loss and pain are felt deeply, and as a county, our hearts break alongside yours.
To all our law enforcement officers — thank you. Your bravery does not go unnoticed, and your service will never be taken for granted. 💔🖤💙

ATTENTION -- There is a disruption in the 911 phone system. York County 911 is still handling calls, which are being re-routed to non-emergency numbers. Because of this, there may be a delay in the calls being answered. If you experience problems calling 911, you can also call the non-emergency line directly at 717-854-5571. The issue is state-wide and is being addressed. Thank you for your patience.
