Friends of Stephen Cerrato Stephen Cerrato 2011 candidiate for City Council, 5th District, in Yonkers, New York. Five generations of Cerratos have made Yonkers their home.

As a husband, father, small business-owner and lifelong resident of Yonkers, Stephen Cerrato learned early on the importance of serving his community. His interest in public policy and his strong sense of community were developed from a legacy of both entrepreneurship and service. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pace Law School and a Bachelors of Science in accounting from Manhattan College. H

e resides in the heart of the 5th district with his wife Angela-Joy Lifrieri Cerrato, also a lifelong Yonkers resident, and their two children, Faith, 3, and Stephen, 1. Stephen and Angela have made a conscious decision to raise their children in the city they love.
