CONSTITUTION FOR THE MOORISH DIVINE NATIONAL MOVEMENT OF THE UNIVERSE , GREAT HOUSE OF JUDAH/YUDAH

UNITED STATES OF NORTHWEST AMEXEM/USNA

PREAMBLE:

In Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice, The Asiatic Moors/Mu’urs/Moorish Americans, of North, South and Central America, anciently known as Al Moorocc, Amurruka, Magreb Al Aqsa, Amaruca, Turtle Island, Northwest Amexem, etc. The Ancient Berbers; [From scattered communities across Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt/Kemet, Mali, Niger, and Mauritania. Speaking Amazigh Languages, belonging to the Afro-Asiatic Family, related to Ancient Egyptians/Kemet], Amurrukans, Amazigh, Afro-Asiatics, Asiatics, Mesopotamians, Phoenicians, Nagas, Israelites, Aztecs, Olmecs, Native Americans, etc. All who Include [Negro, Black, Colored, Blackamoor, Maroon, African, Ethiopian, African American, Afro-American, West Indians, Jamaicans, Haitians, Belizean, Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Dominicans, Guatemalans, Columbians, Panamanian, Mongolian, Seminole Indian, Uruguayan, Mexican, Argentinian, Chileans, San Salvadorian etc.] who are descendants of the 12 Tribes of Israel [Isis, Ra, and Elohim] the ancient inhabitants of earth [Judah/Yudah, Benjamin, Levi, Ephraim, Manasseh, Simeon, Zebulon, Gad, Rueben, Asher, Issachar, Naphtali] the original descendants of the Canaanites Hamitites, and Moabites, who received permission from the Ancient Pharaohs of Kemet to transverse from East Africa and later formed themselves Kingdoms in the North Gate (North America), of Mid-Guard upon the Circle 7 (All 7 Continents of Earth), Nubian Planet, extending from the Northwestern/Southwestern shores of Africa/Alkebulan/Amexem, Mother Earth, the Atlantic Islands and onto the present day American shores. The Moorish Empire, Extends from the Americas to Africa and Europe. In honor of our Foremothers and Forefathers, The 5 Civilized Tribes, The Original Wash*taw Empire; Cherokee, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Creek and Seminole, El, Bey, Dey, Al, and Ali. We Construct The Moorish Republic, a Collection of Lawful Universal Theocratic Government body politics, Nation-States, Family Nations, and the Foundational Asiatic Grand Bodies; form a Sacred Union of Our Own, Through The Total Equity, Trust and Religious Power of Ma’at/Islamism; Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice, which are the Five highest principles known to man. THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 1. THE UNITED STATES OF NORTHWEST AMEXEM, MOORISH REPUBLIC

Section 1. The United States of Northwest Amexem Republic is formed by Various Asiatic Family Nations and Body Politics, three or more Executive Rulers and/or Roy-al Chiefs/Chieftesses, from each Family Nation or Body Politic will form the National Board of Executive Rulers, operating out of the 13 Chambers called the Moorish Divine National Movement of the Universe (MDNMU), Executive Administration, Great House of Judah.
Section 2. Only Executive Rulers operating out of the Ruling Chamber will officially assume the title of American/Amerikan/Amurrukan/Americus/Amexem Pharaoh. Each Chamber will rule for 6 years. For example; Chamber I, First Command Post, Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine, will be First in Command to lead the Administration in all universal economic eruditions, of all historic ancient cultures and moorish/muurish civics. Each Chamber’s First Command Post Executive Rulers will lead the administration consecutively.
Section 3. All Executive Rulers Must Vote on changes made to any and all laws prior to enactment. And any such changes in law must have the vote of the people. Executive Board Members May only be relieved of their duty if they have been convicted of a criminal offense and have been tried in the Justice Halls of LTPFJ, in an Article 3 consular court of permanent and general character/or Roy-al Wash*taw Family of Nations Universal Tribunal Courts.
Section 4. The Constitution for the MDNMU and Fixed Bylaws are not changeable without an amendment. Any Additional Laws are Flexible Bylaws, and will be added and Enacted Under the Discretion of each Executive Ruling Pharaoh, So as long as it is not in the contrary to Laws of this document, Moorish Jurisprudence, Maatic Codes, or harmful to the Nation or its people in any way. All Pharaohs May Edit, Change or Cancel Flexible Bylaws during their Rule, so as long as they have substituted the canceled bylaws which do not take away from the original structure of the Chambers. All Executive Rulers have Power of Attorney General to enforce Moorish Jurisprudence and Maatic Code Law as set forth herein. Also having the authority to sit as Magistrates in the Halls of Justice. All Executive Rulers Must Meet the Requirements Set Forth By Rights of Passage.
Section 5. All members of the MDNMU May submit affidavit form complaints to Chamber VII, concerning laws, codes and amendments. If one submits a problem there must also be a proposed solution enclosed.
Section 6. If amendments are reasonable the proposal may go before the National Board of Executives for a vote and Final approval or denial.
Section 7. To Ensure that a complaint goes before the board one must gather the autographs of 500 Moorish Nationals, at such time a vote and final approval or denial will be scheduled, rendered and executed within 90 days.
Section 8. All Nation-State Governors, are placed in the 13 Chambers according to their specialty and skills.
Section 9. All Chambers are private and not for public display or usage.
Section 10. Each Nation-States’ Flag will be represented equally and in Chronological Order (representing the birth of each Nation-State). Each Nation-State will also maintain it’s own Autonomy and Constitutionality.
Section 11. All participating Nation-States Shall contract together via Treaty in formation of the MDNMU Confederation.
Section 12. Levels of participation for political bodies, states or Nation States. Level 3: Nation States who are on the website but do not participate as part of the confederation. Level 2: Nation States who are on the website and Participate in Confederate meetings but has not contracted as part of the MDNMU confederation. Level 1: Nation States who are Contracted together via treaty in formation of the MDNMU Confederation.
Section 13. The Bank of Amexem Trust, Shall Be Our Bank Where All Funds From Members of the MDNMU are collected; to pay all staff members at 22.3% of the overall Due Nation and to independently fund all uplifting acts with the remaining 77.7% Due Nation.
Section 14. All First Command Post Executive Rulers Shall Be members of the National Board of Directors and Trustees over said funds and must approve all transactions together.
Section 15. Only during an emergency may any Ruling American Pharaohs of The MDNMU, Great Houses, Make a Transaction without other Trustees approval.
Section 16. Emergencies are as follows: Natural Disasters, if all communication go down and at that time they must prove the funds are a life and death necessity with written affidavit of fact that must be kept on record.
Section 17. The affidavit must include reasons of life or death issues requiring finance for national security, all prices must be included and all receipts must be included.
Section 18. We must give each Executive Ruler 72 hours to respond to all requests for fund distribution.
Section 19. Under no circumstances is any Executive Ruler allowed to remove all funds. Section 20. During an emergency, usage is limited to 50%.
Section 21. If in any case the entire trust is dissolved every member of the MDNMU Shall receive equal shares.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 2. OUR AUTHORITY, NATION STATE MSTA IS THE RELIGIOUS CAPITAL OF THE MDNMU

Moorish Science Temple of America is the religious Capital, and a participating Nation-State of the Moorish Divine National Movement of the Universe, Great House of Judah, United States of Northwest Amexem. Under the Authority of Allah, Prophet Noble Drew Ali, Redeemed the Asiatic Moors of North America in 1913. He Returned the Moorish Flag and Prepared for the Moors Sacred Moorish Literature, known as The Holy Koran - Circle 7, Divine Constitution and Bylaws, and 101 & 102 Koran Questions, Our Authority Religious Charter 10105905, in full equity and trust. Prophet Noble Drew Ali, taught the Asiatic Moors of North America, that they are Not Negro, Black, Colored, Ethiopians, or African American ex-slaves. Instead, The Holy Prophet told the Moors the Truth, “Children, you are at home, and the European is 3,000 miles from home, and he is going to have to take some water.” The Moorish are indigenous to America, by inheritance and birthrights. Our Foremothers and Forefathers civilized this continent 10,000 years before the Europeans ever arrived, only to discovered millions of us already occupying it. When the Moorish reclaim this land the European must return to Europe, the land our Ancient Ancestors set aside for them”. By the Universal Power of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice, Moorish Science Temple of America, the Religious Capital and Nation State of The Moorish Divine National Movement is Now Reclaiming the Land and Vast Estate of The Asiatic Moors of North America, with New Mecca, as the Religious Capital, on earth as it is in the heavens, under the Authority of Allah, the Prophet’s Divine Moorish Literature and Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 3. THE 12 GREAT HOUSES OF ISRAEL - ISIS, RA, AND ELOHIM

Section 1. There are 12 Great Houses of Israel (Isis, Ra and Elohim) each having its own 13 Chamber Executive Administration, which will be headed by two Executive Rulers, for a term of 6 years, equivalent to modern day American Pharaohs; one man and one woman, Divine Man and Divine Woman, both ruled by Moorish Jurisprudence and the Laws of Maat. After the said term ends, the following Chambers Executive Rulers will Take Command for 6 years on a perpetual consecutive loop from now into infinity and beyond. We shall pass this tradition down to each and every generation who comes after us’ to maintain our Royalty under Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice.
Section 2. The 12 Great House Executive Ruling American Pharaohs will form the International Board of Directors. Where they will discuss natural resources, international travel, international trade and any international topic that need to be addressed.
Section 3. Each Great House that is formed must adhere to the current cycle scheduled. For example All Great House Pharaohs Must All Operate out of the same Chamber of each Executive Administration. The International Board of Directors, will consist of 24 members from Zodiac Chamber I of each Great House the First 6 years, then move to Chamber II, for the next 6 years in consecutive perpetual motion.
Section 4. Great House of Judah will be and remain the religious capital throughout this demonstration.
Section 5. The responsibility of the religious capital: Maintain the moral standard and guidance of Love, Truth, Peace Freedom and Justice throughout the Entirety of the MDNMU and All Great Houses.
Section 6. Every six years each chamber will rule and be captain of the BOAT.
Section 7. The boat is Bank of Amexem Trust. It is our corporate entity responsible for housing the finance for the welfare and the wellbeing of all members and all assets under the Moorish Divine National Movement of the Entire Universe.
Section 8. Every 6 years the Ruling Pharaohs will be in control of our economic progress.
Section 9. A Full succession will take 72 years and will complete our first modern National Dynasty Mark.
Section 10. And in 864 years we will have completed one International Dynasty Mark of ISRAEL.
JUDAH will have completed it’s first ruling dynasty the first 72 years. Next in First Command of ISRAEL, SIMEON 72 years, etc..
Each Great House leads international focus by vote. Simeon is set up just the way Judah is’ all the Great Houses are set up the same and Under this Said Constitutional Jurisdiction.
Each Great House Gets a Turn to Lead The Way by Enforcing Constitutional Law.
Section 11. All houses are international, the house itself only serves on the national level but all ruling pharaoh have meetings and make decisions together to ensure international security in the United States of Northwest Amexem.
Section 12. So all Chamber 1 rulers of all Great Houses Rule at Once... same for each consecutive chamber every 6 years. That way everything improves every six years.
Section 13. All the staff will receive 22.3% of all Nation Dues (donations), splitting evenly between 2,304 Executive Rulers. The remaining 77.7% will go towards National Projects to Include but not limited to Housing, Farms, Schools, Temples, Security etc.
Section 14. All this can be seen on the website all the progress of the projects and everything everyone will be able to watch if they sign up to be part of these uplifting acts.
Section 15. And each member would be part of the trust and they can place everything attached to them in the Moorish Empirical Trust even any debt they may have... can be forwarded to us and settled on your behalf. Section 16. We would need your commitment as a Golden Age, Mason Stone Builder of Civilization for the Duration of 10, 20, 30, years or increments of 10 or sign up for a lifetime subscription.
Section 17. Which Allows us to automatically collect the debt/Nation Dues (donation) on a monthly basis, semi annual or annual basis.
Section 18. By signing such an agreement you are funding your Nation’s credit line for unlimited access to unlimited resources and with unlimited municipal and jurisdictional power over the land. All Power Limited to the Law Herein.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 4. THE ACTIVATION OF MAATIC LAW OF THE LAND

Section 1. For the Re-establishment of the Maatic Moral Codes, Standards and Accountability in our Relationships between Nations, States, Businesses, Societies and Each Other.
Section 2. The laws of Maat are dated as far back as 2925 B.C.E., meaning its existence predates the Bible’s commandments received by Moses more than 2000 years.
Section 3. Failure to obey these laws will result in consequences such as fines, Justice Hall - Special Appearances, Incarceration and/or Death.
Section 4. All complaints Must be written in Affidavit form and presented to the appropriate venue.
Section 5. Justice Halls will be erected, provided as venues to remedy all complaints and disputes in law, there will be 5 types of Justice Halls.

Section 6.
1. Justice Hall of Family Matters: Child Support Disputes, Custody Hearings, Child Abuse etc.
2. Justice Hall of Small Claims: All minor offenses: contract disputes, petty theft, simple assault, disorderly conduct, trespassing, shoplifting, vandalism, reckless driving, indecent exposure etc.
3. Justice Hall of Criminal Offenses: Assault, grand theft, robbery, arson, fraud, kidnapping, attempted murder, manslaughter, grand theft auto, white collar and blue collar business and financial crimes etc.
4. Justice Hall of Capital Offenses: Senseless Murder, Forcible R**e of a Human Being, Child Molestation, Mass Murder, Genocide etc.
5. Justice Hall of Property and Estate: land, property, repossession, piracy and estate matters etc.

Section 7. Moorish Due Process. Innocent until proven guilty. There must be an injured party and complaining witness. All Moors have the right to face their accusers.
Section 8. A Jury of ones peers shall determine innocence or guilt according to the circumstances and all supporting evidence. No man, woman, or child can be convicted of a crime without proper proof. All evidence shall be scrutinized by the forensic scientists of the MDNMU, prior to any sentencing regardless of jurisdiction.
Section 9. Sentencing for Capital and Criminal Offenses will be left up to the discretions of The Justice Hall Magistrates, the injured party and the Jury.
Section 10. The Jury and the Injured party shall submit their sentencing proposal in Affidavit form to the Magistrate and the Magistrate will make the final decision. The punishment will fit the crime.
Section 11. The sentencing proposal in Affidavit form should have 2 proposals one from the jury as a whole and one from the injured party or the injured party’s immediate family or legal guardian if the injured party is deceased or unable to speak or communicate for some reason.
Section 12. Only those convicted of Mass Murder, Genocide, Serial Killing, Serial R**e, and the Forcible R**e of a Child under the age of 13, will be eligible for the Death Penalty.
Section 13. In this system no one will be imprisoned for theft or financial crimes under the value of $5000.00, however, will be required to reimburse victims in equal Value. The theft of $5000.00 or more requires incarceration if the guilty party refuses to remedy the debt owed to victims.
Section 14. All cases and outcomes will be recorded as Moorish Jurisprudence in our Halls of Justice Record Books. The decisions and outcomes of past cases will be considered in all future sentencing to ensure equality in justice for everyone.
Section 15. Moors May represent themselves in Justice Halls or they may hire lawful Counsel to represent them at their own discretion.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 5. OUR FLAG, LANGUAGES, NATIONAL ANTHEM, NATIONALITY AND UNITY

Section 1. OUR FLAG. Is Over 10,000 years Old, it was returned to the Asiatic Moors of North America by Prophet Noble Drew Ali, in 1915, it’s Red with a Solid Green 5 Pointed Star in the Center, Old Glory, is also known as the Cherry Tree, representing Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice. Each Nation-State/Body Politic/Family Nation, has its own Flag/Banner as well.
Section 2. OUR LANGUAGE. Our primary Languages are Moorish Latin, Hausa, and Papa Legra Moabi. Secondary Languages English, Arabic and Swahili.
Section 3. OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM. Our National Anthem is “Circle of life”.
Section 4. OUR NATIONALITY. By proclaiming your Nationality and Birthright you become a sui juris Man or Women of MDNMU. The Title El, Bey, Dey, Ali, Al, Shabazz, etc., and the Nationality of Moor/Muur/Moorish American/American Moor, will be used as a universal Free National Name/Title, within the MDNMU.
Section 5. OUR UNITY. Moor/Muur, is a term used to describe anyone of dark olive hue or any shade of copper skin tone, within the Family of First Nation Melanated People. Moor/Muur, can be used as a term of love and endearment, the Latin term Amor means love. Why be less when we are more. If we love our people, we know we are Moor. For example, one can be a Moorish American, an Arawak Moor (Jamaican), a Taino Moor (Haitian or Dominican), a Canaanite Moor (Canadian), etc,. All Moor/Muurs are Welcome.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 6. MOORISH EDIFICATION SYSTEM

Section 1. Our edification system will be culturally and fact based on all Moorish Sciences, regardless of ones chosen faith.
Section 2. In this system our goal is train a child in the way he or she should go. The boys shall attend military schools for discipline and the girls shall attend military/etiquette class.
Section 3. They will also learn farming, how to dig a water well, how to dig a mine, how to generate free electricity from the land, they will learn steel work, plumbing and mechanics.
Section 4. All Moorish Children will have access to speech therapy and learn all Moorish primary and secondary languages.
Section 5. All Subjects will be taught throughly while also heavily based on the periodic table and molecular sciences.
Section 6. Our schools will be teaching all subjects with it’s foundation rooted in Moorish Science and western knowledge.
Section 7. We will teach the most ancient forms of all subjects to reveal where the original ideas of modern inventions and creations stem from. So they will understand they are only relearning what’s already in their DNA. Etymology will be included in all topics.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 7. INSTITUTING THE MOORISH DIVINE NATIONAL MOVEMENT OF THE UNIVERSE CONFEDERATION, AS A NEW FORM OF GOVERNMENT UNDER LOVE, TRUTH, PEACE, FREEDOM AND JUSTICE

Thus, it is written “ Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers From the governed,---- That whenever any government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, Laying the foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” With the Truth and Power of this statement, We the Asiatic Moors of North America, Hereby establish and institute the MDNMU Governmental Confederation For Our Safety and Happiness.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 8. MOORISH AMERICAN - FIRST NATION - INDEPENDENCE MONTH

Beginning July 1st lasting until July 31st, In Perpetual Motion. In Celebration of Our Authority in Governmental Independence.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 9. DIVINE MOORISH BIRTHRIGHT

Section 1. The Right to own land and property free from taxation and registration of the United States, Corporation.
The Right to operate in the public and private, utilizing both your name at birth and your free national name or title of Nobility, as needed for safety, survival and business/commercial purposes.
The Right to operate as a dual citizen of both United States of America and United States of Northwest Amexem.
The Right to participate in US tax arena at ones own discretion without the deprivation of rights.
The Right to bear arms in any State, Territory, or Dominion at all times, when appropriate.
The Right to hunt and fish for survival.
The Right to marry as one chooses.
The Right Travel on the highways and byways, unmolested by other citizens.
The Right to accept or decline, public or private medical services for oneself or dependents at anytime.
The Right to practice any religion, for every man must worship under his/her own vine and fig tree.
The Right to Rebuild, Upgrade, Refashion, Maintain and Upkeep, All Pyramids, Mounds and Ancient Ruins, Worldwide in honor of our Ancient Ancestors of Upper and Lower Kemet.
The Right to edify (educate) our own children.
The Right to possess vices.
The Right to contract and do business on a National or International level.
The Right to represent oneself in court.
The Right to justice and fair treatment.
The Right to be a protected class of people under the Divine Religious Laws of Allah and Maat, established through Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice.
Section 2. Moors have the Right to live free, without the Molestation of any foreign law, statute, policies, etc., that denies our Natural Birth Right of Self Determination and Full Autonomy Under Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 10. MOORISH IDENTIFICATION, TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND THE MUURISH PROTECTION GROUP EMERGENCY HOTLINE

Section 1. MOORISH IDENTIFICATION. All Participating Nation States Shall Provide, their identification cards and nationality proclamation declarations to the Muurish Protection Group for the public record.

(Note: Not their members actual identification, we just need an example of how each state ID is designed, and a copy of their state proclamation, no member information is required)

Section 2. All submitted documentation will be kept on record to maintain a visual record of the way each Nation State designs their ID’s.

Section 3. ID’s submitted by All participating Nation States will be acceptable Identification under the MDNMU.

(Note: If there are 30 Nation States, there will be 30 ID designs and 30 proclamations on file, with the Moorish Protection Group, so that each member of the MDNMU is federally recognized, within the Moorish Empire)

(All Participating Nation States Become The United States of Northwest Amexem and are authorized to use the term freely.)

(Note: When a member calls in for emergency assistance the members information is located, that information will display their name, Nation State, and address. When the dispatcher contacts the M***i, or MPG officer, they send the information from the system along with the members current location and nature of emergency. MPG Officials operate via power of attorney, each member gives the MDNMU power of attorney during the online sign up process. This authorizes MPG Officers to act on our members behalf when requested. Such acts are not limited to but do include, any interaction between members and/or with any legal entity or corporation.)

Section 4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. The Moorish American Travel Document, is currently authorized and available for domestic and international travel. Approved and Authorized by the MDNMU.

(Note: MATD is recognized as Identification across Nation State Lines.)

Section 5. THE MUURISH PROTECTION GROUP EMERGENCY HOTLINE. Will be an emergency call center for the protection of all Moors, their businesses and their property within the MDNMU.

Section 6. Any Moor under the jurisdiction of the MDNMU will have access to emergency assistance while interacting with other citizens and officers regardless of jurisdictions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Section 7. Services of the Muurish Protection Group are as Follows: Internet technology security services, such as cybersecurity, Home security and monitoring services, Stationary guard services, Patrolling services, and Emergency Ambulance Transportation Services, Currency and Special Mineral Transportation services, and Crisis management.

Section 8. All services can be provided armed and unarmed.

Section 9. Members of the MDNMU will have international emergency assistance by land, air, and sea.

Section 10. Muurish Protection Group will assist and communicate with Moorish Justice Halls, Consulates, Embassies, and Agents from other jurisdictions etc., for the overall safety and preservation of All First Nation Members of the MDNMU.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 11. MUURISH PROTECTION GROUP ASSOCIATION, MILITA AND COPYRIGHT HEADQUARTERS

The Muurish Protection Group Association, is authorized to provide security, vanguard, m***i, military training and copyright assistance to members under the MDNMU. We are for Peace and Not Destruction.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 12. UNIVERSAL MINISTRY OF DEFENSE

By the Power of the Universe; Security, Vanguards, and Military Forces, will all be utilized to construct and form the defenses necessary to obtain and maintain Love, Truth, Peace Freedom and Justice, throughout the Circle 7. THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 1. THE UNITED STATES OF NORTHWEST AMEXEM, MOORISH REPUBLIC

Section 1. The United States of Northwest Amexem Republic is formed by Various Asiatic Family Nations and Body Politics, three or more Executive Rulers and/or Roy-al Chiefs/Chieftesses, from each Family Nation or Body Politic will form the National Board of Executive Rulers, operating out of the 13 Chambers called the Moorish Divine National Movement of the Universe (MDNMU), Executive Administration, Great House of Judah.
Section 2. Only Executive Rulers operating out of the Ruling Chamber will officially assume the title of American/Amerikan/Amurrukan/Americus/Amexem Pharaoh. Each Chamber will rule for 6 years. For example; Chamber I, First Command Post, Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine, will be First in Command to lead the Administration in all universal economic eruditions, of all historic ancient cultures and moorish/muurish civics. Each Chamber’s First Command Post Executive Rulers will lead the administration consecutively.
Section 3. All Executive Rulers Must Vote on changes made to any and all laws prior to enactment. And any such changes in law must have the vote of the people. Executive Board Members May only be relieved of their duty if they have been convicted of a criminal offense and have been tried in the Justice Halls of LTPFJ, in an Article 3 consular court of permanent and general character/or Roy-al Wash*taw Family of Nations Universal Tribunal Courts.
Section 4. The Constitution for the MDNMU and Fixed Bylaws are not changeable without an amendment. Any Additional Laws are Flexible Bylaws, and will be added and Enacted Under the Discretion of each Executive Ruling Pharaoh, So as long as it is not in the contrary to Laws of this document, Moorish Jurisprudence, Maatic Codes, or harmful to the Nation or its people in any way. All Pharaohs May Edit, Change or Cancel Flexible Bylaws during their Rule, so as long as they have substituted the canceled bylaws which do not take away from the original structure of the Chambers. All Executive Rulers have Power of Attorney General to enforce Moorish Jurisprudence and Maatic Code Law as set forth herein. Also having the authority to sit as Magistrates in the Halls of Justice. All Executive Rulers Must Meet the Requirements Set Forth By Rights of Passage.
Section 5. All members of the MDNMU May submit affidavit form complaints to Chamber VII, concerning laws, codes and amendments. If one submits a problem there must also be a proposed solution enclosed.
Section 6. If amendments are reasonable the proposal may go before the National Board of Executives for a vote and Final approval or denial.
Section 7. To Ensure that a complaint goes before the board one must gather the autographs of 500 Moorish Nationals, at such time a vote and final approval or denial will be scheduled, rendered and executed within 90 days.
Section 8. All Nation-State Governors, are placed in the 13 Chambers according to their specialty and skills.
Section 9. All Chambers are private and not for public display or usage.
Section 10. Each Nation-States’ Flag will be represented equally and in Chronological Order (representing the birth of each Nation-State). Each Nation-State will also maintain it’s own Autonomy and Constitutionality.
Section 11. All participating Nation-States Shall contract together via Treaty in formation of the MDNMU Confederation.
Section 12. Levels of participation for political bodies, states or Nation States. Level 3: Nation States who are on the website but do not participate as part of the confederation. Level 2: Nation States who are on the website and Participate in Confederate meetings but has not contracted as part of the MDNMU confederation. Level 1: Nation States who are Contracted together via treaty in formation of the MDNMU Confederation.
Section 13. The Bank of Amexem Trust, Shall Be Our Bank Where All Funds From Members of the MDNMU are collected; to pay all staff members at 22.3% of the overall Due Nation and to independently fund all uplifting acts with the remaining 77.7% Due Nation.
Section 14. All First Command Post Executive Rulers Shall Be members of the National Board of Directors and Trustees over said funds and must approve all transactions together.
Section 15. Only during an emergency may any Ruling American Pharaohs of The MDNMU, Great Houses, Make a Transaction without other Trustees approval.
Section 16. Emergencies are as follows: Natural Disasters, if all communication go down and at that time they must prove the funds are a life and death necessity with written affidavit of fact that must be kept on record.
Section 17. The affidavit must include reasons of life or death issues requiring finance for national security, all prices must be included and all receipts must be included.
Section 18. We must give each Executive Ruler 72 hours to respond to all requests for fund distribution.
Section 19. Under no circumstances is any Executive Ruler allowed to remove all funds. Section 20. During an emergency, usage is limited to 50%.
Section 21. If in any case the entire trust is dissolved every member of the MDNMU Shall receive equal shares.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 2. OUR AUTHORITY, NATION STATE MSTA IS THE RELIGIOUS CAPITAL OF THE MDNMU

Prophet Noble Drew Ali, taught the Asiatic Moors of North America, that they are Not Negro, Black, Colored, Ethiopians, or African American ex-slaves. Instead, The Holy Prophet told the Moors the Truth, “Children, you are at home, and the European is 3,000 miles from home, and he is going to have to take some water.” The Moorish are indigenous to America, by inheritance and birthrights. Our Foremothers and Forefathers civilized this continent 10,000 years before the Europeans ever arrived, only to discovered millions of us already occupying it. THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 3. THE 12 GREAT HOUSES OF ISRAEL - ISIS, RA, AND ELOHIM

Section 1. There are 12 Great Houses of Israel (Isis, Ra and Elohim) each having its own 13 Chamber Executive Administration, which will be headed by two Executive Rulers, for a term of 6 years, equivalent to modern day American Pharaohs; one man and one woman, Divine Man and Divine Woman, both ruled by Moorish Jurisprudence and the Laws of Maat. After the said term ends, the following Chambers Executive Rulers will Take Command for 6 years on a perpetual consecutive loop from now into infinity and beyond. We shall pass this tradition down to each and every generation who comes after us’ to maintain our Royalty under Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice.
Section 2. The 12 Great House Executive Ruling American Pharaohs will form the International Board of Directors. Where they will discuss natural resources, international travel, international trade and any international topic that need to be addressed.
Section 3. Each Great House that is formed must adhere to the current cycle scheduled. For example All Great House Pharaohs Must All Operate out of the same Chamber of each Executive Administration. The International Board of Directors, will consist of 24 members from Zodiac Chamber I of each Great House the First 6 years, then move to Chamber II, for the next 6 years in consecutive perpetual motion.
Section 4. Great House of Judah will be and remain the religious capital throughout this demonstration.
Section 5. The responsibility of the religious capital: Maintain the moral standard and guidance of Love, Truth, Peace Freedom and Justice throughout the Entirety of the MDNMU and All Great Houses.
Section 6. Every six years each chamber will rule and be captain of the BOAT.
Section 7. The boat is Bank of Amexem Trust. It is our corporate entity responsible for housing the finance for the welfare and the wellbeing of all members and all assets under the Moorish Divine National Movement of the Entire Universe.
Section 8. Every 6 years the Ruling Pharaohs will be in control of our economic progress.
Section 9. A Full succession will take 72 years and will complete our first modern National Dynasty Mark.
Section 10. And in 864 years we will have completed one International Dynasty Mark of ISRAEL.
JUDAH will have completed it’s first ruling dynasty the first 72 years. Next in First Command of ISRAEL, SIMEON 72 years, etc..
Each Great House leads international focus by vote. Simeon is set up just the way Judah is’ all the Great Houses are set up the same and Under this Said Constitutional Jurisdiction.
Each Great House Gets a Turn to Lead The Way by Enforcing Constitutional Law.
Section 11. All houses are international, the house itself only serves on the national level but all ruling pharaoh have meetings and make decisions together to ensure international security in the United States of Northwest Amexem.
Section 12. So all Chamber 1 rulers of all Great Houses Rule at Once... same for each consecutive chamber every 6 years. That way everything improves every six years.
Section 13. All the staff will receive 22.3% of all Nation Dues (donations), splitting evenly between 2,304 Executive Rulers. The remaining 77.7% will go towards National Projects to Include but not limited to Housing, Farms, Schools, Temples, Security etc.

And each member would be part of the trust and they can place everything attached to them in the Moorish Empirical Trust even any debt they may have... can be forwarded to us and settled on your behalf. Section 17. Which Allows us to automatically collect the debt/Nation Dues (donation) on a monthly basis, semi annual or annual basis.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 4. THE ACTIVATION OF MAATIC LAW OF THE LAND

Section 1. For the Re-establishment of the Maatic Moral Codes, Standards and Accountability in our Relationships between Nations, States, Businesses, Societies and Each Other.
Section 2. The laws of Maat are dated as far back as 2925 B.C.E., meaning its existence predates the Bible’s commandments received by Moses more than 2000 years.
Section 3. Failure to obey these laws will result in consequences such as fines, Justice Hall - Special Appearances, Incarceration and/or Death.
Section 4. All complaints Must be written in Affidavit form and presented to the appropriate venue.
Section 5. Justice Halls will be erected, provided as venues to remedy all complaints and disputes in law, there will be 5 types of Justice Halls.

Section 6.
1. Justice Hall of Family Matters: Child Support Disputes, Custody Hearings, Child Abuse etc.
2. Justice Hall of Small Claims: All minor offenses: contract disputes, petty theft, simple assault, disorderly conduct, trespassing, shoplifting, vandalism, reckless driving, indecent exposure etc.
3. Justice Hall of Criminal Offenses: Assault, grand theft, robbery, arson, fraud, kidnapping, attempted murder, manslaughter, grand theft auto, white collar and blue collar business and financial crimes etc.
4. Justice Hall of Capital Offenses: Senseless Murder, Forcible R**e of a Human Being, Child Molestation, Mass Murder, Genocide etc.
5. Justice Hall of Property and Estate: land, property, repossession, piracy and estate matters etc.

Section 7. Moorish Due Process. Innocent until proven guilty. There must be an injured party and complaining witness. All Moors have the right to face their accusers.
Section 8. A Jury of ones peers shall determine innocence or guilt according to the circumstances and all supporting evidence. No man, woman, or child can be convicted of a crime without proper proof. All evidence shall be scrutinized by the forensic scientists of the MDNMU, prior to any sentencing regardless of jurisdiction.
Section 9. Sentencing for Capital and Criminal Offenses will be left up to the discretions of The Justice Hall Magistrates, the injured party and the Jury.
Section 10. The Jury and the Injured party shall submit their sentencing proposal in Affidavit form to the Magistrate and the Magistrate will make the final decision. The punishment will fit the crime.
Section 11. The sentencing proposal in Affidavit form should have 2 proposals one from the jury as a whole and one from the injured party or the injured party’s immediate family or legal guardian if the injured party is deceased or unable to speak or communicate for some reason.
Section 12. Only those convicted of Mass Murder, Genocide, Serial Killing, Serial R**e, and the Forcible R**e of a Child under the age of 13, will be eligible for the Death Penalty.
Section 13. In this system no one will be imprisoned for theft or financial crimes under the value of $5000.00, however, will be required to reimburse victims in equal Value. The theft of $5000.00 or more requires incarceration if the guilty party refuses to remedy the debt owed to victims.
Section 14. All cases and outcomes will be recorded as Moorish Jurisprudence in our Halls of Justice Record Books. The decisions and outcomes of past cases will be considered in all future sentencing to ensure equality in justice for everyone.
Section 15. Moors May represent themselves in Justice Halls or they may hire lawful Counsel to represent them at their own discretion.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 5. OUR FLAG, LANGUAGES, NATIONAL ANTHEM, NATIONALITY AND UNITY

Section 1. OUR FLAG. Is Over 10,000 years Old, it was returned to the Asiatic Moors of North America by Prophet Noble Drew Ali, in 1915, it’s Red with a Solid Green 5 Pointed Star in the Center, Old Glory, is also known as the Cherry Tree, representing Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice. Each Nation-State/Body Politic/Family Nation, has its own Flag/Banner as well.
Section 2. OUR LANGUAGE. Our primary Languages are Moorish Latin, Hausa, and Papa Legra Moabi. Secondary Languages English, Arabic and Swahili.
Section 3. OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM. Our National Anthem is “Circle of life”.
Section 4. OUR NATIONALITY. By proclaiming your Nationality and Birthright you become a sui juris Man or Women of MDNMU. The Title El, Bey, Dey, Ali, Al, Shabazz, etc., and the Nationality of Moor/Muur/Moorish American/American Moor, will be used as a universal Free National Name/Title, within the MDNMU.
Section 5. OUR UNITY. Moor/Muur, is a term used to describe anyone of dark olive hue or any shade of copper skin tone, within the Family of First Nation Melanated People. Moor/Muur, can be used as a term of love and endearment, the Latin term Amor means love. Why be less when we are more. If we love our people, we know we are Moor. For example, one can be a Moorish American, an Arawak Moor (Jamaican), a Taino Moor (Haitian or Dominican), a Canaanite Moor (Canadian), etc,. All Moor/Muurs are Welcome.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 6. MOORISH EDIFICATION SYSTEM

Section 1. Our edification system will be culturally and fact based on all Moorish Sciences, regardless of ones chosen faith.
Section 2. In this system our goal is train a child in the way he or she should go. The boys shall attend military schools for discipline and the girls shall attend military/etiquette class.
Section 3. They will also learn farming, how to dig a water well, how to dig a mine, how to generate free electricity from the land, they will learn steel work, plumbing and mechanics.
Section 4. All Moorish Children will have access to speech therapy and learn all Moorish primary and secondary languages.
Section 5. All Subjects will be taught throughly while also heavily based on the periodic table and molecular sciences.
Section 6. Our schools will be teaching all subjects with it’s foundation rooted in Moorish Science and western knowledge.
Section 7. We will teach the most ancient forms of all subjects to reveal where the original ideas of modern inventions and creations stem from. So they will understand they are only relearning what’s already in their DNA. Etymology will be included in all topics.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 7. INSTITUTING THE MOORISH DIVINE NATIONAL MOVEMENT OF THE UNIVERSE CONFEDERATION, AS A NEW FORM OF GOVERNMENT UNDER LOVE, TRUTH, PEACE, FREEDOM AND JUSTICE

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 9. DIVINE MOORISH BIRTHRIGHT

Section 1. The Right to own land and property free from taxation and registration of the United States, Corporation.
The Right to operate in the public and private, utilizing both your name at birth and your free national name or title of Nobility, as needed for safety, survival and business/commercial purposes.
The Right to operate as a dual citizen of both United States of America and United States of Northwest Amexem.
The Right to participate in US tax arena at ones own discretion without the deprivation of rights.
The Right to bear arms in any State, Territory, or Dominion at all times, when appropriate.
The Right to hunt and fish for survival.
The Right to marry as one chooses.
The Right Travel on the highways and byways, unmolested by other citizens.
The Right to accept or decline, public or private medical services for oneself or dependents at anytime.
The Right to practice any religion, for every man must worship under his/her own vine and fig tree.
The Right to Rebuild, Upgrade, Refashion, Maintain and Upkeep, All Pyramids, Mounds and Ancient Ruins, Worldwide in honor of our Ancient Ancestors of Upper and Lower Kemet.
The Right to edify (educate) our own children.
The Right to possess vices.
The Right to contract and do business on a National or International level.
The Right to represent oneself in court.
The Right to justice and fair treatment.
The Right to be a protected class of people under the Divine Religious Laws of Allah and Maat, established through Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice.
Section 2. Moors have the Right to live free, without the Molestation of any foreign law, statute, policies, etc., that denies our Natural Birth Right of Self Determination and Full Autonomy Under Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice.

THE ASIATIC MOORS OF NORTH AMERICA HEREBY ENACT: ARTICLE 10. MOORISH IDENTIFICATION, TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND THE MUURISH PROTECTION GROUP EMERGENCY HOTLINE

Section 1. MOORISH IDENTIFICATION. All Participating Nation States Shall Provide, their identification cards and nationality proclamation declarations to the Muurish Protection Group for the public record.

(Note: Not their members actual identification, we just need an example of how each state ID is designed, and a copy of their state proclamation, no member information is required)

Section 2. All submitted documentation will be kept on record to maintain a visual record of the way each Nation State designs their ID’s.

Section 3. ID’s submitted by All participating Nation States will be acceptable Identification under the MDNMU.

(Note: If there are 30 Nation States, there will be 30 ID designs and 30 proclamations on file, with the Moorish Protection Group, so that each member of the MDNMU is federally recognized, within the Moorish Empire)

(All Participating Nation States Become The United States of Northwest Amexem and are authorized to use the term freely.)

(Note: When a member calls in for emergency assistance the members information is located, that information will display their name, Nation State, and address. When the dispatcher contacts the M***i, or MPG officer, they send the information from the system along with the members current location and nature of emergency. MPG Officials operate via power of attorney, each member gives the MDNMU power of attorney during the online sign up process. This authorizes MPG Officers to act on our members behalf when requested. Such acts are not limited to but do include, any interaction between members and/or with any legal entity or corporation.)

Section 4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. The Moorish American Travel Document, is currently authorized and available for domestic and international travel. Approved and Authorized by the MDNMU.

(Note: MATD is recognized as Identification across Nation State Lines.)

Section 5. THE MUURISH PROTECTION GROUP EMERGENCY HOTLINE. Will be an emergency call center for the protection of all Moors, their businesses and their property within the MDNMU.

Section 6. Any Moor under the jurisdiction of the MDNMU will have access to emergency assistance while interacting with other citizens and officers regardless of jurisdictions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Section 7. Services of the Muurish Protection Group are as Follows: Internet technology security services, such as cybersecurity, Home security and monitoring services, Stationary guard services, Patrolling services, and Emergency Ambulance Transportation Services, Currency and Special Mineral Transportation services, and Crisis management.

Section 8. All services can be provided armed and unarmed.

Section 9. Members of the MDNMU will have international emergency assistance by land, air, and sea.

Section 10. Muurish Protection Group will assist and communicate with Moorish Justice Halls, Consulates, Embassies, and Agents from other jurisdictions etc., for the overall safety and preservation of All First Nation Members of the MDNMU.
