Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod works in partnership with families in need to build homes, hope, lives and community.

Habitat also has two ReStore locations, one in Falmouth and one in Yarmouth. They sell new and gently used home goods with the proceeds helping to build more affordable homes on Cape Cod. Check out our ReStore page here

➡️PLEASE SHARE: Habitat Cape Cod’s affordable homeownership application period has been extended for 30 days (June 18 – July 20, 2026) for one home on Horne Avenue in Pocasset (Bourne)! 🔨🏡Applicant households need to make at or less than 80% of the Barnstable County 2025 Area Median Income (AMI).

Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod partners with families in need of an affordable home to build one of their own, fostering stability, self-reliance, and a strong sense of community.

Local homebuyers are chosen after an application process and a drawing of qualified applicants. Future homeowners put sweat equity into their homes and purchase them with an affordable mortgage. Homes are deed-restricted to remain affordable in perpetuity.

Habitat Cape Cod is honored to be participating in the 10th Annual Charter Cup Fishing Tournament, hosted by E.J. Jaxtimer Builder, Inc. on Wednesday, July 8th.🎣 The mission of the tournament is for local businesses and charter fishing boats to come together to raise money for local charities in need of funding. This year, 15 non-profits were selected. Since its inception in 2017, the Charter Cup Fishing Tournament has raised more than $2.7 million for various charitable organizations in need. This is an invitation-only, one-day event where each major business sponsor coordinates fundraising efforts with their assigned charity. Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod is so thankful to be sponsored by our friends at QXO.❤️

The Charter Cup Fishing Tournament gives 100% of the funds raised to participating non-profit groups that provide much-needed services to our community.
