Our Meet and Greet today was quintessential small town. We have two new employees in town and we wanted you to meet them.

We would like to genuinely thank everyone for coming. If you were able to bring a dish…THANK YOU!!

Sonny's BBQ Wise Guys Deli & Coffee Shop were a huge help with their side dishes.

Our BFF’s at Inglis Recreation Committee are on their game and we say THANK YOU with much love. They assisted in donating, organizing and being there to meet everyone.

David and Barrett were introduced by Mayor Vorisek.

Teri Fales-Scoggins and Brian Queen deserve a back pat or a fresh donut if you see them. They are always available and always non-stop. Thankful to have you two in our community.

Parks & Rec is meeting this coming Thursday, March 5, at 9:00 am.

We would love to get some people from the community to help us plan and execute events for this year.

If you are able to help we would love to see you at our next meeting. Or any meeting.

Parks & Recreation is looking for a few good men or women!

We have one seat available on the committee and lots of seats available for anyone that would like to help initiate, organize and oversee fun events for the Town throughout the year. Our next meeting is Thursday the 8th at 10am. Town Hall.

🌙💀 The Swamp Says Thank You! 💀🌙
The fog has lifted, the candy’s gone, and the swamp spirits are finally resting!

Yankeetown’s Trick or Treat Trail came alive last night — so many brave souls wandered through that the candy vanished by 8:15! 👻🍬

We had to close the gates early before the swamp grew too hungry…

Thank you to everyone who dared to enter — we hope you got your trick and your treat!

We’ll be stirring from the depths soon to share a haunting little video from the night — keep your eyes peeled in the next week. 👀🎥

But for now… the swamp sleeps. 🕯️🌿🕸️

Don’t forget Inglis Recreation Committee will have Hotel Transylvania for the Move in the Park tonight!!!! should be epic!
