As an elected official, I have been honored to serve on CERB (community economic revitalization board) under the dept of Commerce. Today we are celebrating two CERB funded projects. Blue Mountain Station and the completion of fiber broadband to the Dayton area. Dayton, Wa has a port district. Blue Mountain Station is an artisan food center with several small businesses, a commercial kitchen, and a co-op artisan grocery store. It has been wildly successful. If Dayton can support this, why can’t Yakima?

Let’s make this happen, Yakima. Let’s partner with CERB funding and build better lives.

I have been on countless committees and boards, volunteered my time and money to issues surrounding people who are experiencing homelessness over the last 8 years….. not once did I ever run into my opponent who claims he’s an advocate for the unhoused.
