Being named Teacher of the Year is a special honor. It's not awarded based on who someone is or who they know, but rather chosen because of what they do by colleagues who recognize the dedication, character, and daily impact an educator has on students. We are proud to announce that Jack Moss has been named the 2025–2026 Yadkin Success Academy Teacher of the Year!

As a high school Math teacher at Yadkin Success Academy, Coach Moss exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding educator. His genuine care for students is evident in the time and effort he invests in their academic growth as well as their personal development.

Coach Moss has a unique ability to balance compassion with structure, creating an environment where students feel supported while being challenged to succeed. His steady encouragement and strong, positive male presence are making a lasting impact on the lives of many students.

YSA High School Exam Schedule:

•Monday 5/19- English II
•Tuesday 5/20- Biology
•Wednesday 5/21- Make Up Exams
•Thursday 5/22- Make Up Exams
•Friday 5/23- Make Up Exams/Early Release

A letter was given to each student yesterday, letting them know which days to be present for their exams. *Please note, some students do NOT have state exams.

Students who have not completed coursework have been notified and are expected to be at school to complete their work.
