LAST WEEK OF HARVEST 2026!

It’s time for the final harvest of the season at Caesar Creek Vineyards!

We’ll be harvesting our Frontenac grapes this Saturday, September 12th, starting at 8am, and we’d love to have you join us in the vineyard.

Come spend the morning outside, meet some great people, and help us bring in the grapes that will become future Caesar Creek wines!

Volunteers will receive:

The City of Xenia invites the community to join us for a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony on Friday, September 11, at 8:40 a.m. at 107 E. Main Street.

The ceremony will include remarks from City Manager Brent Merriman and Mayor Ethan Reynolds, a moment of silence, prayer, and a musical tribute by Greene County Commissioner Sarah Mays.

We invite residents to join us as we pause to remember and honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and recognize the lasting impact of that day.

Greene County is preparing to open the application process for the FY27 Demolition and Site Revitalization Program. Greene County will accept applications from local jurisdictions for eligible demolition and site revitalization projects within their communities.

We encourage each jurisdiction to begin identifying potential projects now, and to consider how the proposed demolition will contribute to the long-term revitalization of the property. Potential
projects may include vacant, abandoned, blighted, or nuisance structures where demolition would address an identified community need and support future redevelopment or productive reuse of the property.
