Greene County FISH Pantry Greene County residents may come every 4 weeks. Please bring photo ID if you have one. We are the Greene County FISH Food Pantry located in Xenia, Ohio.

FISH is an acronym for 'Friends In Service of Humanity'. Founded in England in 1948, FISH is an international movement to aid the needy with a combination of old-fashioned goodwill and Christian concern. FISH groups sprang to life all over the world whenever and wherever the need arose. Greene County's FISH Food Pantry was started in 1976 by a group of women from the Episcopal church as an outreac

- Wednesday: 12-3
- Thursday: 12-3
- Saturday (veterans and active duty military families only): 9-11 on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays each month

Donation Drop-off Hours:
- Monday: 8-3
- Tuesday: 8-3
- Wednesday: 8-11
- Thursday: 8-11

The US Postal Service’s Annual “Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive” was a great success. Local carriers like Marshall, seen in the photo, dropped off over 1,800 pounds of non-perishable food items on Saturday. Those donations will go directly to helping neighbors and families in need throughout our community. Thank you to everyone who participated and donated. ❤️📬

Current Wants & Needs

🧼 Non-Food Items:
• Pet food
• Home cleaning products
• Hygiene products (travel-size shampoos, razors, socks, etc.)

🥣 Food Items:
• Box mixes (Hamburger Helper, Tuna Helper, scalloped potatoes)
• Cereal
• Cake mixes & icing
• Noodles

📦 Supplies:
• Plastic grocery bags
• Ziploc bags
• Medium-sized cardboard boxes

The National Association of Letter Carriers is holding their annual "Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive" to benefit Greene County FISH Pantry this Saturday 5/9. Those wishing to donate should have their items by mailbox marked for the food drive by 8am. We want to thank our local Letter Carriers and you for your support of the pantry in helping to meet the emergency food needs in Greene County.

Xenia High School’s National Honor Society collected 506.7 pounds of food from students and staff during this year’s food drive. After delivering their donation, the students toured our facility and helped sort their collection along with three additional pallets of food brought in by the Scouts last weekend.

A big thank‑you to these students for their hard work and their commitment to supporting local residents in need.

Thank you to Scout Troops 85, 269, and 362, and Packs 69 and 362 for collecting food last Saturday in Greene County during the annual Scouting for Food event. Together, they gathered 2,578 pounds of donations. We’re grateful to our community for their generosity and for helping keep the Pantry stocked for our neighbors.
