Community Commitment: Episode 2

Progress continues!

Caesar Rodney School District has reached agreements to increase pay for our Administrative Assistant staff, Maintenance Skilled Craftsmen, and the Caesar Rodney Support Association representing custodial staff. These three groups play a vital role in keeping our schools welcoming, organized, safe, and running smoothly every day.

Investing in our employees is an investment in our students, and these agreements represent another step forward in supporting and retaining the outstanding staff who serve our school community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.

More Community Commitment updates are on the way as we continue delivering on our commitments to support students, staff, and schools. 💙💛
