🏆Our 3rd & 4th grade REACH students earned many achievements during the 2025-26 school year!

With almost 18,000 3rd & 4th grade students around the country participating in the Noetic Math competition and our students and teams earned:
🏅4th Grade Team Achievement Award - Top 10% in the country
🏅4th Grade Team Winner: Ben R.
🏅4th Grade National Honor Roll (Top 10%) - Alex B., Theo C., Noah H., Holden N., Walter P. & Ben R.
🏅3rd Grade Team Winner: Theo S.
🏅3rd Grade National Honor Roll: Theo S.

⭐4th Graders also completed in the Stock Market Game and the Hilltop Stock Kings team placed first in the state for the elementary division and earned a spot at the UC Economic Center Portfolio Challenge! They did a great job presenting their portfolio slideshow to a panel of judges, alongside middle school and high school students from across the state. Great job Hugo, Walter, Ben & Hunter!

🏆And during the annual Family Design Challenge, the Connolly family earned the trophy for most successful candy catapult and the Gifford family built the tallest spaghetti tower!

So much to celebrate with Wyoming Middle School Track & Field!

🏆The WMS Boys & Girls Track & Field Teams both won the league championship for the 3rd consecutive season!

More school records were set at the recent league championship meet:
🏅Petra D. broke the Discus record with a throw of 71'4"!
🏅Emmanuel R. broke the Shot Put record with a throw of 40'!
🏅Henry H. broke the 200 Meters record with a 24.25 run.
🏅Rosie L. broke the 100 Meter Hurdles record with a 17.38 run.

FY26 Property Tax Revenue Update

The final settlement of property tax revenue for Fiscal Year 2026 has been received, bringing our total local property tax revenue to $12.1 million for the year.

Key details on this revenue source:
🔵This total represents a 0.6% increase compared to the property tax revenue received in the previous fiscal year.
🔵The final amount is slightly below the initial estimate for the year.
🔵Property tax revenue remains the largest component of our operating funds, contributing 38% of our total operating revenue.
🔵91% of this revenue is paid by homeowners, 6% is paid by utility companies, and 3% is paid by businesses.
