For years, we have warned that Yellowstone’s wolves need a protected safety zone beyond the park’s boundaries.

We spoke to thousands of visitors, gathered thousands of signatures, published articles, organized rallies and public events, met with federal and state officials, and wrote countless letters pleading for stronger protections.

We asked wildlife advocates, conservationists, and Yellowstone’s leading biologists to stand up for these magnificent animals.

But today, the danger is greater than ever.

President Donald Trump and his administration now have the power to protect America’s wolves—but instead, the administration has moved toward weakening their federal protections and making it easier for wolves to be killed.

This is not just about politics.

It is about life.
It is about families and packs.
It is about the wild heart of Yellowstone.

Every wolf lost is a life that cannot be brought back.
