We are excited to introduce our new leadership team, who bring years of nursing care, leadership and resident well-being. We welcome Lexi into her new role here at CHCC as Facility Administrator and Jamie Herman as our Director of Nursing. Jamie started her healthcare journey here at CHCC at the age of 17 when she worked as a C.N.A. and continued working here while earning her LPN and RN. Jamie is excited to be returning here and to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new team members, and work together to create a positive work environment focused on compassion, teamwork, and excellence in resident care. Join your loved one for our Annual Family Picnic, taking place on Saturday, June 13th. Family members are invited to find a cozy spot in our back picnic area, enjoy great food and live music by Kevin Murphy. The food line will be open from 11:30-12:30 outside in our ambulance entrance, residents and families will enjoy your meal together. CHCC will provide all the meal, each resident may have 2 free guests additional guest plates may be purchased for $5.00. To assist us in our planning we do kindly ask for RSVP to life enrichment at 608-429-3332 by Tuesday, June 9th. A registration table will be set up in the center on Saturday morning with all the details for the day. We hope to have a beautiful day and see all of our amazing families.

This week we celebrated not just the end of a remarkable career, but the legacy of dedication, integrity, and excellence. This week we celebrated Amy Yamriska's retirement. Amy served Columbia Health Care Center and Columbia County for 28 years as our Facility Administrator. Amy's legacy of excellence, dedication and selflessness will forever be woven into the fabric of CHCC, Amy will continue to inspire us as we carry forward. While we miss your presence, we're excited for the new adventures ahead of you. Congratulations on a truly well-earned retirement!
