I’m the last puppy left behind from my litter. 🐾❤️ I was SO excited watching all my brothers and sisters find their forever families, and I’m so happy they each got their happy ending! But now it’s my turn to wait for that special someone to come along and choose me.

I have some great friends here at the shelter, and I love playing with the other dogs—I’m a pretty good doggy friend! 🐶💕 But as much as I love everyone here, I’m still hoping my forever family is out there looking for me too.

I’m ready for my own couch, my own people, and a lifetime of adventures. Could you be the one I’ve been waiting for? 🏡🐾

Heidi is currently at the vet getting treatment. We would like to give a special thank you to Friends of Rescue Animals for helping Heidi and covering the cost of her surgery to amputate her injured leg. We greatly appreciate their support and everything they do to help animals in need.

A Foster has been found for Heidi, and we will post updates on her progress as we receive them.

This is Heidi, a sweet 1-2 year old St Bernard mix in need of as much help as you can provide. She was brought in this morning and we immediately took her to the Vet for examination. She will be having the remainder of her rear leg amputated, and will be on pain meds and antibiotics while she recovers.

We are looking for a local, long term foster who will be able to take care of a large dog while she recovers. Medication and food will be provided for this time which we estimate to be 2-3+ months.
