The Personal Connection: President-elect Babalola believes that global change begins within; to impact the world, we must first embrace our own personal transformation.

We see that America has reached a level of polarization that makes respectful discourse almost impossible. We hear more and more “us vs. them” rhetoric, but the truth is, we are not so far apart. To challenge this polarization, we are committed to educating, engaging, and encouraging our local communities to expect differently. (Beyond Conflict, 2020)
