Celebrating Victory and Community Spirit: A Night Under the Friday Lights

Another exhilarating Friday under the lights! 🏈 Witnessing Ramapo's triumph over Rahway with a stunning 42-7 in the NJSIAA Playoffs, and Indian Hills' impressive victory yesterday against Kearny, 56-13, fills our community with pride and spirit.

As I stopped by the grill to say hello to Tim Shanley, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of community and admiration for our young athletes. They showcase not just skill on the field, but also dedication, resilience, and teamwork – values we hold dear in our district.

This athletic excellence parallels our commitment to academic achievement. Just as we cheered for every touchdown tonight, we celebrate every academic milestone of our students. Balancing strong athletic programs with rigorous academics ensures we are nurturing well-rounded individuals prepared to tackle future challenges.

Facing issues like declining enrollment and disparities between our schools, we remain dedicated to providing equal opportunities and a vibrant array of extracurriculars for all our students. Together, let's continue to uplift every aspect of student life, from the classroom to the field.
