The SAF/FMFO Training Team (previously known as AFAOC FM Systems Training Team) currently offers training on the following Financial Management systems: AFM, CRIS, CSP, DEAMS, FMSuite, JOCAS II, and WAWF. Our goal is to provide world class trainings and prepare users to accomplish their day-to-day tasks with confidence. No matter a user's availability or preferred learning style, we strive to have

something that works for everyone. We offer a combination of Web-Based training (WBT) courses, Live Webinars, and Live Classroom instruction. DEAMS Scheduled Downtime 21 February 2026

DEAMS Users,

DEAMS Program Management Office (PMO) will be accomplishing system updates 21 February 2026, which will impact DEAMS as outlined below. Please ensure this message is disseminated to appropriate leadership and individuals in your organization.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE INFORMATION AND NOTES

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE REASON: DEAMS System Maintenance

START DATE/TIME: 2/21/2026 at 1000 (ET)
END DATE/TIME: 2/21/2026 at 2300 (ET)
DURATION: 13 Hours (Estimated)

Note-001: During this time period, DEAMS will be unavailable. At the end of this maintenance event, users may need to clear their cache and SSL state before logging back into DEAMS; refer to instructions in How to Clear Cache and SSL State in Microsoft Edge and Chrome (https://usaf.dps.mil/:u:/r/sites/10194/UsersGroup/SitePages/Clear-Cache-%26-SSL-State-in-Edge-or-Chrome.aspx?csf=1&web=1&e=Ps8lIP).

Note-002: DEAMS End-of-Day (EOD) processes will be cancelled for Saturday (21 February 2026). EOD will resume on Sunday (22 February 2026).

Note-003: During this time period, all interfaces will be turned off and interface files will stack. The stacked files will be processed after the system updates are complete.

Note-004: While the AROWS (AROC) interfaces are turned off, users should NOT input any AROWS or AROWS-R travel transactions because they will error.

** If emergency AROWS travel orders are necessary, they would have to be manually Approved in AROWS. By following this option, no PO or obligation will be systemically created in DEAMS. The FMA office must manually enter the PO in DEAMS. Otherwise, RTS payments made against this order will fail through the DIMES interface.**

G-Invoicing Training Reminders

DEAMS Users,

DTS Error 201 (GEX Issue) Resolved

All DEAMS and DTS users,

SAF/FMFO has received word from DTMO-TAC that the issue has been resolved for the rejected 201 Treasury Level Line of Accounting Edits Failed. Please resubmit the documents with no changes. Thanks for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience.

Please be advised, due to the current government shutdown and the uncertainty regarding its resolution, the FMFO Webinars scheduled for the month of February are tentative.

US Treasury G-Invoicing Production Downtime

DEAMS Users,

The US Treasury (UST) G-Invoicing 8.0 Production Cloud migration is scheduled to be deployed on Friday, January 23 2026 to the new FAPC environment starting at 12:00PM EST. We will advise once the UST G-Invoicing production deployment has completed and the environment is back online.

This means DEAMS will not interface (push/pull) from UST G-Invoicing during this timeframe. This is to ensure that the interfaces that are typically pushed/pulled will not error off and cause failure of updates once UST G-Invoicing is back up and running.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide more information as it becomes available.
