Due to ongoing extreme fire danger, Nobles County will keep burning restrictions in place for today and Saturday, campfires are still permitted.

Due to extreme fire danger, burning restrictions have been reinstated following the issuance of a Red Flag warning by the National Weather Service.

The burning restrictions are lifted for today, May 13, 2026.

Thursday and Friday are looking to have a higher fire danger along with strong winds and a potential Red Flag Warning.

Nobles county will be in a Red Flag Warning today May 12, 2026. Winds are are expected to increase creating an extreme fire risk.

No burning allowed in Nobles county until further notice.

The burning restrictions have been lifted for Nobles County. Fire danger still remains high today; the forecast looks like we could get some much needed precipitation over the next several days.
