May is Older Americans Month - and this year's theme is "Champion Your Health!"

We know that even a small amount of daily activity can have long lasting impacts on the health of older folks - Service Coordinators can ensure an outlet for that activity by organizing a walking club, yoga, or working with community partners to create other meaningful opportunities.
