This Labor Day, we’re celebrating the hardest-working people we know: Service Coordinators ❤️

Every day, Service Coordinators show up for their residents—with compassion, creativity, persistence, and heart. They connect residents to resources, build stronger communities, advocate for those who need a voice, and help make sure the people they serve are healthy, happy, and housed!

It’s work that doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves—but it makes an incredible difference in the lives of hundreds of thousands of residents every single day.

Today, we celebrate YOU! Thank you for everything you do, everything you give, and the heart you bring to your work.
