From the equator to the Galápagos Islands, 38 Worthington travelers experienced the adventure of a lifetime!

Students representing six Worthington middle and high schools, along with family members and chaperones, spent time exploring Ecuador's rich culture and incredible natural wonders. The group visited Quito, stood at latitude 0.00.00 at the Intiñan Museum, and explored four islands in the breathtaking Galápagos archipelago.

These global learning experiences help students build curiosity, confidence, and connections that extend far beyond the classroom.

Congratulations to Gifted Services Coordinator Suzanne Palmer, named Ohio’s Outstanding Central Office Administrator - and to Slate Hill Elementary for earning Ohio Hall of Fame School recognition by Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators .
