A water main break was confirmed on Norton Drive, impacting water and traffic in the area. The Department of Public Works and Worcester Police Department (WPD) are on site.

Water has been shut down to an isolated business. Residents may be experiencing low water pressure in the Burncoat area, and that is currently rebuilding. Traffic is being diverted, and motorists are asked to adhere to WPD-directed detours.
