After more than two decades, Wooster Local 764 is proud to announce the retirement of Deputy Fire Marshal Michael Berry.

Mike joined Wooster Fire on July 16, 2000. For 25 years, he has served our community with diligence, dedication, courage, and an unwavering commitment to the community. His presence, experience, and humor will be greatly missed. Mike was promoted to Deputy Fire Marshal in 2011. He was awarded Firefighter of the year in 2016. His final shift is today, July 3, 2025.

Please join us in congratulating FF Berry for his years of memorable service. Be sure to wish him well as he enters a well deserved, happy, and healthy retirement. Congratulations Mike!!

After more than two decades of dedicated service, the Wooster Local 764 would like to congratulate Firefighter John Cutlip on his retirement!

John joined Wooster Fire on March 11, 2001. For over 24 years, he has served our community with courage, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to public safety. His experience, steady presence, and sense of humor will be greatly missed around the station. His final shift was on May 24, 2025.

Please join us in thanking FF. Cutlip for his outstanding service and wishing him all the best as he begins this well deserved next chapter. Congratulations, John!
