“Why did I walk into this room again?”

Occasional forgetfulness happens to everyone — but how do you know what’s considered normal memory changes and what may need more attention?

Join us for Week 1 of our Master Your Memory series as we discuss:

✔ What causes memory changes
✔ Tips and strategies to help improve memory
✔ How stress, sleep, nutrition, and medications can affect your thinking
✔ Medical conditions that may impact memory

This program is designed especially for older adults and caregivers who want practical, easy-to-understand information to support brain health and healthy aging.

For questions or to register, contact Shannon @ 409-283-8284

Why Attend?
Fresh Trays is a statewide initiative that connects Texas producers with schools and early childcare centers to ensure more children have access to fresh, locally grown, and nutritious foods. Producers who complete the Fresh Trays training may be eligible for a stipend of up to $250.
By attending, you will gain:
• Insight into school and childcare food markets
• Networking opportunities with buyers seeking local products
• Guidance on product selection and growing for school demand
• Practical tools to overcome common Farm to School challenges
Did You Know?
• More than 30 million students participate in the National School Lunch Program each day.
• Texas schools purchased over $250 million in local foods during the 2022–2023 school year—and demand continues to grow.
Together, we are building a Farm Fresh Generation that supports Texas agriculture, promotes healthy eating, and strengthens local economies.
