The I-stat assessment tool helps individuals report damage from natural disaster in your area. If you have damage from Tropical Storm Edouard please use the self reporting damage assessment tool to report damage of your home or business.
Please complete the tool at http://damage.tdem.texas.gov to help the County assess the damage. Any household, regardless where they live, can complete the tool.
Taking pictures and adding them to the tool is helpful to show the damage.

The Red Cross shelter has CLOSED this evening in Woodville at the Nutrition Center due to no one coming in to stay. The shelter in Livingston at Dunbar Gym in continuing to remain open this evening.

The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northwestern Hardin County in southeastern Texas...
Southwestern Tyler County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 900 PM CDT.

* At 604 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 2
to 4 inches in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts
of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Woodville, Warren, Wildwood, Thicket, Village Mills, Honey Island,
Votaw, Ivanhoe and Hillister.

* At 430 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Colmesneil,
moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
