Recruit Class 676 completed their Fire Fighter I skills with live fire scenarios this morning as part of SCFA’s annual Family Day. Our PSTs work around the clock with professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the safety of our community. Their ability to remain composed under pressure and make split-second decisions truly makes them the first, first responders.

Every year during the second week of April, the telecommunications personnel in the public safety community, are honored. This week-long event is a time to celebrate and thank those who dedicate their lives to serving the public. It is a week that should be set aside so everyone can be made aware of their hard work and dedication.
