We were truly honored to welcome Mayor Michael Caldwell as our speaker this past Tuesday. His passion for our city shines through in both his words and actions.

Mayor Caldwell shared with us a comprehensive plan to address our city’s growth challenges, including traffic and parking. He explained that he is actively addressing three key issues:

1. Parks and Trails: Expanding our outdoor activities and mountain biking trails to attract visitors and enhance quality of life.
2. Commercial Diversification: Creating job opportunities so residents can live and work in Woodstock.
3. American Housing Project: Aiming for 65% home ownership in our city, supporting a stable middle class.

After his insightful talk, Mayor Caldwell engaged with our Rotary members, answering many questions and sharing his vision for the future. Thank you, Mayor, for your commitment to making Woodstock an even better place to live and thrive!
