Nine years ago, a radicalized domestic terrorist opened fire on myself and my republican colleagues during a practice for the Congressional Baseball game for charity. I was there and saw several of my friends severely wounded by this crazed man. Today, as we remember, we need to continue to call for civility and reject politically motivated violence in our nation.
