The Virginia Chief Officer Academy has officially announced that our very own Deputy Chief of Operations, Courtney Cave, has been selected to serve as this years Virginia Chief Officer Academy Incident Commander! To be chosen as the Incident Commander for the Academy is a highly prestigious honor in the Commonwealth, reflecting exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and dedication to the fire and rescue service. DC Cave’s appointment is a testament to the high caliber of leadership we are fortunate to have guiding our department every day.
