The Clerk of Court's Office, Title Office and Monroe County Court will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

FYI!! Due to the scheduled power outage on Monday, May 11, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Please remember that our phones and website will also be down. This also means the Title office will be unable to process any titles at that time.

The Monroe County Clerk of Courts, Monroe County Court and the Title Office will be closed on Friday, April 3rd, 2026, in observance of Good Friday. Several other County offices will also be closed on that day, so if you're planning a visit to the Courthouse, please call first to verify hours with the office you will need.
